I am trying to watch sport on my phone and when l sign in it says error
I have an account in my partners name Jane leng,she has an account in my name,l am trying to watch sport on my phone it has asked me to sign in,but says hello Patrick Robinson,the account is Jane leng but it's my email and password.When l put Jane leng in and my email and password it's saying error when these details are correct

It sounds as though you need to sign in with her details if it is in your name.
