Sky 100% don't care

Sometimes, Skygo crashes when I open the app and then does it several times more. No response from SKY for a solution.

Same. reinstalled, checked SIP, checked Rosetta all on - still keeps crashing sometimes immediately sometimes after 5 mins. OS is Ventura 13.2 - Macbook Air M2 2022. Getting really frustrated.

I've also got the exact same problem... constant crashing.
uninstalled and re-installed multiple times..

I'm having the exact same issues. Utterly useless.

Sky isn't interested. They would have fixed it by now.

happens to me all the time on my Mac but NEVER on my iPad! Go figure. IMHO Sky have real issues, our SkyQ box regularly disconnects from my Vodafone router and research shows this happens on multiple broadbacd services. It's like Sky want you to move the their Broadband service, except it's a fraction of the 900MB I get from Vodafone. Rant over

I have the same issue on my Macbook Pro M1, running Sequioa 15.3; each time I follow the steps - delete the SkyGo folder, empty the trash. Restart, download the app, have it update, sign in - crashes within 5 minutes.
Whoever is writing the Apps by Sky needs to be given a boot up the backside and told to fix his crap - the main fault appears to be:
PC register does not match crashing frame (0x0 vs 0x7FF80460E32B)

Having the same problem, but thought it maybe my switch to the latest M2 MacBook Air (A3113). Obviously not. Doesn't look like anyone is getting any answers from Sky. SkyGo, is a huge part of the package these days that anyone with a laptop uses on the move. 😡

Yes. SKY are happy to take the money, though..... I think it's time to take this complaint to other forums: X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, etc...
