Hi how am I able to log someone out of my sky go, my ex partner has the details I have changed the password 3 times now, but because he isn't logging out he can still use it, is there away that I can kick him off??

Yes but because they are logged in there end it still works

As well as changing the password you then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off!

Thank you so much do I remove both the sky apps as it has ut on there twice

Yes, remove them all then you will need to login again as anyone else will also be logged out and they will not know your password that you will use to get logged back in.
