Hi I am looking for help with this error message on my laptop '
There has been a problem connecting to the Sky Go network. Please try again later. Error 0-01 '
Sky go still works on my phone but I can't access anything from my laptop. I have tried reinstalling the app and rebooting the device but doesn't work.

I don't know how to check my credentials as I just click on to open Sky Go it then comes up with checking for updates and then the error message

I going to try and uninstall again hopefully it will let me put my username and password in
