I subscribed to sky about a month ago and have been watching tv using the sky go app. Today it has stopped working and I am getting error codes 1310 and 1410. I have not yet activated my sky stream because I don't have a TV and just watch things on my laptop. As far as I can tell though this isn't necessary and I have been using sky go fine for about a month.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis could well be tied into the fact you haven't activated Sky Stream yet as I should imagine that will you can view Sky Go in the meantime this only be possible for a certain time before your TV service has to be activated.
For today only the only way to get in touch with Sky about this will be via social media.
