I called in two days ago to get a plan extension done on my contracts. At the time is couldnt be done as the system needed to update. Scott was very patient in explaining everything to me, I have anxiety and making many phone calls doesnt help but without knowing that Scott kept an eye on my account and called me back the next day to solve my issue. I have spoken to many advisors in many companies but I have to say Scott is patient, calm, friendly and someone who can absolutely help any customer and make a difference to their day just by going the extra mile. I have been with Sky for sometime now on a Sim Only package 📦 x. I had called on numerous occasions regarding my talk plan as I was aware that I had a lot of data banked up as I was not using it and the package plane kept of creeping up from £7.00 to £11.00. I was advised to purchase accessories with my data bank but looked on line and there was nothing that I wanted. I was disappointed ☹️ that I could not sell back the data to sky for a cash equivalent. I then asked for my pac code (this would be the second time) . I was advised to send the word PAC followed by my DOB (tried 6 & 8 digits) every time receiving a message advising it was incorrect. Cutting a long story short I called up on Saturday 10th June 2023 and got transferred to George in retentions as I was having difficulty with the PAC code. After speaking with George who asked my why I wanted it (advised no one had suggested I lower my data plane until I use up all the banked data and to stop any more data being banked) the issues with the pac code and in general to lack of care/empathy from the staff towards myself. Also when I had no coverage what so ever as something had happened on yr side I was advised after being in the line for an hour that I would get free data for the weekend which is no good to me as I had plenty of data. I did advise t the operator t ask the team lead t get a automated voice message on the line advising customers calling in that u r aware of the outage and are in the process to fixing it. George was absolutely fabulous. He has restored my faith in sky by lowering my data, advising how to load my data from my piggy bank, gave me a discount and showed he cared about my situation and there was empathy there too. You need more staff like George and he definately needs to be recognised for all his hard work. he also sorted my fathers return of iPods which he had requested for a return package to put them in and he had not received this and George made sure this was actioned as it was still stuck in the system. George keep up your hard work and thank u once again 🙏🏽

I spoke to this lovely lady (Amy O) a couple of weeks ago about my rising Sky bills. I was in an emotional state and she was so patient, so caring and so good at her job. She managed to get me a deal which allowed me to keep Sky, a service I heavily rely on being disabled. In my opinion she went above and beyind what was required of her and I think she deserves a huge pat on the back or a lovely gift from yourselves. I would like to say a big thanks to Helen in the rejoin team. The only person who understood what I needed and helped me rejoin sky. This was after trying to get a response from webchat and sky text/ SMS service which are terrible, don't understand nor honour offers or deals. Sky keep your customer service in the UK and all work from the same spreadsheet of deals as everyone I was put in contact with gave different deals ..and disconnected text when questioned Once I was put through to Helen ,we chatted and she soon honoured the offer I was presented with days earlier. I would just like to say thanks to the Engineer Kieran, who came out and installed Sky Q, he was very knowledgeable and had answers to all the questions I had and had a bit of a chat about the old sky kit from many years ago in my childhood it was quite nostalgic (I'm a bit of a tech nerd myself). He couldn't get on our flat roof due to not being able to get the ladders though but used his initiative to find another solution to the issue he was facing. I would also like to thanks the people that have helped me out in the Accessability team who have been excellent in sending out some acessability remotes for my elderly grandparents to use, and even applied a sky store voucher to my account due to them accidentally using the free movie voucher on a Korean movie. They also gave me a direct phone number that puts me through to someone at the accessability team without any menu options which is a bonus. I moved over from Virgin Media and I did question my decision when I did it, but now there is no looking back, it's miles ahead in terms of TV and customer service.

I have received such great customer service from Jeff at sky over the past few weeks I have called on behalf of my great grandmother to set her up with sky however had a few issues along the way which were out of everyone's control, however Jeff went above and beyond to get it resolved for us he was so friendly always called back when he said he would and in the end set her up with everything she wanted. My husband ordered a GlassTV October 2022. It was delivered in November when Sky realised the broadband would have to be upgraded. This finally happened in April 2023 after countless phone calls and never speaking to the same person. During this period my husband died suddenly and it has been a nightmare trying to get myself accepted as the primary account holder. This finally happened and I was able activate the Glass TV on 6th June. It is all thanks to Joanna and her team. She called when she said she would and her perseverance and determination ended this fiasco. Some of your staff were helpful, others grossly insensitive telling me I should have returned the Glass TV when my husband died. Joanna has treated me with the kindness and compassion that I needed. Rung Sky 30/5/2023 spoke to a lovely lady to cancel Sky Stream and go back to Sky Q thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish 10/10 also got a cheaper deal and agreed to the price given even the admin fee cause I couldn't fault the offers that were added and the service I received 31/05/2023 Rung Sky as I was paying £9.00 more than what was quoted. Spoke to a lovely male advisor he explained that a discount hadn't been added and that he would sort it out there and then Another thoroughly experience from start to finish again and even got it for £1.00 cheaper again 10/10 that's why I'm sending my thanks.

Following months and months of connectivity issues between the SKY mini boxes and the SKY Q box I had lost all confidence in SKY, its products and customer services. However, on the most recent visit of the absolutely amazing engineer, Shequan Cain, not only did she demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills, escially effective listening, she demonstarted a level of technical knowledge and problem solving skills that no previous engineer had delivered, yet alone demonstrated. Her problem solving skills resolved the issues and it was clearly explained to us how to initially address any future connectivity issues, should they occur, before contacting SKY. Her bubbly nature and infectious laugh made it all more of a pleasure to meet her. Shequan understood the importance of Customer Service, Standards and Delivery and was an ambassador for SKY. It was a pleasure to have met you Shequan.

Hi there, I just want to express my thanks to the 2 employees that helped me with my broadband issues. The tech Advisor I spoke to, I apologise I have forgotten their name however they were friendly and able to have a great conversation. They got me a engineer appointment swiftly and were respectful throughout the entire call. Callum the engineer arrived right on time, Swiftly found the issue with the broadband and came up with a solution in minutes, He is also very respecful, friendly and intelligent. He shows great interest and knowledge in his field and was able to provide information on if I have any future problems. Intitally I was agrivated because I couldn't get the current half- price broadband offer on-line with nine days to go on my current contract. Biting the bullet, I rang Sky on thier 0330 number. After answering the "Robot" questions, and without enduring any irritating "Muzak" I got straight though to a human being! This confident, clear speaking person listened to my request, and after a few checks said., "Ok can do that now, No Problem!" - My flabber was well & truly garsted!😂 Sure enough, received an info email almost instantly, and a conformatory one soon after! Shortly after, my account was updated! Interaction with Sky, or any company come to that, should always be like this! As long as the billing works ok, and I don't get disconnected during change of contracts, all will be fine! - Thanks!😃

Not only did he work with his manager to go out of his way to give me the best possible deal, but has exceptional interpersonal skills; a rare quality these days. Since I didnt receive my feedback text i'm sending via this forum instead. Yesterday (from approx 11am 30/03/24) I spoke to 3 different customer service persons who only succeeded in failing to understand my issue and passing me on to others. The 4th person was Mark in the Cancellations team who not only heard and understood everything I was saying, but took steps to resolve my issue by achieving me a bill reduction as well as ultimately keeping my custom. I'd really like to thanks Lewis from sky3, it was absolutely fantastic to speak to a uk based call rep after being passed around 5 foreign call centre reps. Sky you cannot believe the frustration you are causing your customers when dealing with the foreign call centres. They did absolutely nothing to help me and continued to pass me around in a phone call from hell loop! We were going to cancel until we spoke to Lewis and he arranged for a engineer to look at the fault. Well done Lewis 10 star service.

Had problems with sky mini box refusing to do anything wifi related. Matt attended today and was a brilliant, friendly and helpful engineer. Replaced the main Sky Q box as it was old and of concern it might have issues. Also replaced the Sky Mini box. Updated everything for the software, connected it all and even adjusted the LNB to ensure I was getting the best signal. Really impressed with this service from Sky as I was just expecting to have the mini box replaced and away. But nope, he checked everything was all good and improved where possible.

I have just come off a 30min phone call with one of your team members called Saima based in Scotland I presume by her accent and I stupidly disconnected without completing the survey which I fully intended to do. Saima was absolutely brilliant and spent 30 mins like I said explaining the products and changing my original request of closing my sky account to signing a new 18month contract. I have been with Sky for 23 years and it’s your team like Saima that keep me with you. And I presume that Saima’s performance is rated on the customer survey scores she receives, I’m really annoyed with myself for the reflex of hanging up and I hope that this can rectify this as she was awesome on the call. I spoke to Craig in the new sales team, he helped me take out broadband for my mum and found us an excellent package!! Craig's customer service was magnificent and our spirits were lifted throughout the call! many times people comment on negative experiences and as a result I feel that some recognition should be given to Craig and his team as it was a lovely experience and he was empathetic, understanding and actually listened to us. Yesterday a sky engineer visited my home to sort out connection problems/issues. While he was working my husband displayed the symptoms of what we thought was a heart attack. The engineer who we found out later was named Richard Curtis helped us to remain calm while we called the paramedics and he went down the road to direct the ambulance in the right direction. He explained that he had difficulty finding our house which meant the paramedics would probably find it difficult as well. He gave me his phone number as it wasn't really appropriate for him to carry on working and said I could call him back once my husband was taken care of. In the end, my husband ended up in the hospital and Richard messaged me later in the day saying if we still had problems with our sky connecting we could call him back, which I did this morning. He has just left after getting everything up and running again. I would like to say a big Thank you to Richard for going above and beyond in his job, he is a credit to your company and a huge asset to Sky and if I could I would recommend him for an award for being so caring, thoughtful, and conscientious.

I recently had an issue with my Sky Protect Doorbell, after trying every troubleshooting step under the sun I decided to try and contact them for a replacement.
I emailed the support team at 8pm on a Friday I had a reply by 9am on the Saturday asking for a few details. Once those had been provided Gerson followed up within 15mins informing me that a replacement had been sent. That replacement arrived on Monday.
Brilliant & efficent service, something I will always say thank you for as its rare these days from most companies 😊

I'm very grateful to the sky engineers who fixed by signalling issue on Tues 5th March at my house in W.London. My engineer Daniel and his mentor (didn't catch the name) did a very complicated and time consuming re-wiring job on my flat roof. They were very professional, good natured, mindful and had to explore many options to resolve the issue sucessfully. In particular, the senior engineer who is also Daniel's mentor broke the ice with my neighbour and very diplomatically managed to get access through his garage, something which I was doubtful about. We're on better terms now, thanks to the tactfulness, professionalism and positive attitude of the engineer. Overall very happy with both engineers and appreciate that they went over and above to resolve both my technical issue and brokered good relations with my neighbour, reducing the job time by getting the access. I offered Daniel a few treats I was baking on the day, but didn't get to do the same with Daniel's mentor who helped with the neighbour. I would like to send a box of chocolates to show my appreciation to both. Please provide an office address if possible, Sky Team.

Had my install visit last Friday and the engineer (Removed) was top notch. I have a lot of anxiety issues so was at 100% before they arrived. Jamie immediately put me at ease with his happy smile and banter throughout the visit. An absolute credit to your company. The install went perfectly and they talked me through other products that could benefit me moving forward.
I am reaching out this way as I was waiting on a feedback survey but haven't received one and Jamie absolutely deserves some praise. 10/10 from me!

I rang to cancel my broadband as I had found a new provider. Whilst helping me with this, Eve looked into getting me a better TV contract and explained Sky Stream to me and that it would be cheaper. It was all so easy and straight forward. The equipment arrived the next day, super easy to set up (for once!) and Eve rang me back WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD (never happened to me before) and updated my account to reflect my choices. She was super helpful, friendly and genuine and made me much more confident that if I ring in the future, I will be met with such great customer service. And I really like Sky Stream!

I was served in the Manchester market street store this Sunday by a lady called Emma, I went to get a new iPad after I'd broken mine that morning. Was having a bad day and she was just really lovely and helpful and helped me to get sorted, and just such a nice person to talk to!
