Kind and helpful

After a couple of calls that didn't get me anywhere I spoke to a very friendly man who I felt really wanted to help and do what he can to fix the issue. I was close to cancelling my account before we spoke. I was unable to leave a review as I couldn't figure out where I do it. The date was 07 June 23 at 1.45pm. 
I sadly didn't catch his name.
