I have received such great customer service from Jeff at sky over the past few weeks I have called on behalf of my great grandmother to set her up with sky however had a few issues along the way which were out of everyone's control, however Jeff went above and beyond to get it resolved for us he was so friendly always called back when he said he would and in the end set her up with everything she wanted. Hopefully he gets the recognition that he deserves as he's been wonderful.
