I spoke to this lovely lady (Amy O) a couple of weeks ago about my rising Sky bills. I was in an emotional state and she was so patient, so caring and so good at her job. She managed to get me a deal which allowed me to keep Sky, a service I heavily rely on being disabled. In my opinion she went above and beyind what was required of her and I think she deserves a huge pat on the back or a lovely gift from yourselves. I have dealt with some useless advisors over the years, she will remain in my memory for her kindness.
