Sunshine after a storm

Mine is a long story but after butting heads with one of Sky's  Loyalty team members I rang the complaints number and spoke to a lady called Lindsay. Wow, what a difference it was speaking to her. She put me back to a place where I was being listened to and understood.  In a couple of hours she had righted my wrongs and took all my stresses away.
