There is a woman called Amy I think her name is she has a northern Irish accent she helped fix my broadband issue that is going on weeks, rang up multiple times and got engineer out still wasn't working she helped me fix this in 2 minutes even when I was probably coming across as rude because I was so frustrated, big thanks to her for the great customer service
