Apologies for the delay - but I wanted to give a massive thank you to Jimmy (Removed) for going above and beyond in setting up our broadband and TV in our new flat.
The 2 1/2 hours on the phone felt more like chatting to a mate than the usual process of speaking to a company. He took the time to understand mine and my girlfriends needs, even making sure we got the best deals on packages we were considering.
His thoughtful nature, humour and kindness didn't go unappreciated - and now we are settled into our first home, I wanted to personally thank him for being superb and let Sky know just how much of a credit he is to your team.
(PS I will 100% be calling you to set up Sky Sports in the future - even if you are a United fan haha!)

after nearly 6 weeks of getting nowhere with Sky advisors a fire risk box, no TV, sky cancellation engineer visit to busy, along came June (Removed). June took control of my account and told me she would get this sorted and she did that true to her word she done everything she said she would and get me up and running again with my TV . in my eyes she has gone above and beyond for sky to get this sorted for me it's just a pity all sky advisors weren't like June and got the job done at the end of what she'd done for me I did praise her but she said to me it's my job to get this done so if this could go to her manager I would just like to say thank you very much much appreciated big thanks to June (Removed) in Scotland

I would like to say a huge thanks to Ann(e) not sure if it was with an E or not for the help she gave me on the 20th regarding my Sky Stream order she went above and beyond to find out what was happening with my order and found out it became a 'ghost' order for some reason and she went on to contact another back office to get the order progressed. Then later on in the evening I had 2 E-mails saying that the order has been processed and that the puck is now awaiting dispatch. She is a credit to the Call center and deserves to be recoginsed. I want to say a massive thanks to Rebecca (Removed) for the exceptional service I received on the phone today. After several failings from Sky, I rung up very angry that my initial issue had not been dealt with and also follow up calls had not been completed. Rebecca took full ownership of my issue, listened to my concerns and frustrations and empathised with the situation. She clearly explained what options were available and what would be required to find a resolution. Her approach was methodical and communication was clear. Her knowledge of processed and other departments was also fantastic. She consulted her manager Callum to arrange a speedy resolution but did not over promise on what could be delivered. She also ensured feedback was given to the other advisors who had not fulfilled their promises. Rebecca then rang me back to confirm the successful resolution. She is an abdolute credit to Sky and should be used as a role model for other customer service staff. Thank you, (Removed)

I spoke with Isabelle this morning (9.15ish on 05/08/2024)on the phone for help with a problem with Netflix on my Sky Q mini box not loading. She was really knowledgeable and helpful, so polite and friendly and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. At no point did she make me feel stupid for not knowing something and really gave the impression that she wanted to help fix our problem and that we were 'in it together' - she was even patient when my 2 year old was showing me her plaster! I've had a bit of a rocky upgrade and now that the dust is settled I needed to confirm a few aspects and raise some queries about my bill. Firstly I spoke to Kev (who I believe is in mobile cancellations) and he was a shining star in terms of discussing my contract, the outcomes of my decisions and providing me with all the information to be confident in my choices. Gold star customer service. Then I had some questions about my delayed provisioning compensation so Kev transferred me to Alex in the broadband technical team and Alex was amazingly helpful, patient when I spoke about the troubles I'd had and also answered all of my questions in terms of timescales and when I should expect to see things reflected in my bill. He was excellent too and really made me confident in Sky as a provider. I just needed to shout them out as star customer service reps who really made me feel like a Gold Star VIP customer. Been having some pin issues with sky glass and couldn't get in as it couldn't recognise mob number or bank details correctly to get past set up. This was an issue on sky's end and not a case of me forgetting this info. i got through to a handler who was extremely robotic and textbook which I could not rdeal with as the call was getting frustrating. Then got put through to another handler Jaz i think, but I could tell she was new to the role/not very confident as she was putting me on hold for extremely basic things. I asked to be transferred to someone more well trained and thankfully it was Emily skyid: emg07 that i was put through to. Emily is a credit to Sky customer service and her team. She was efficient, swift, helpful, patient and she did not put me on hold for frivolous things. Calling Sky customer services is an extremely dreaded task but if every handler was like Emily, your customer service would be rated A+ The line dropped at one point and i had no faith in her calling me back as nice as she was because the handler didnt the last time this happened - but she did!! She helped me through each screen and thought on her feet to problem solve a very awkward issue for me! i hope that her manager sees this because honestly Emily was a star and actually turned my mood around after dealing with other handlers! Thank you again Emily! You deserve lots of recognition in work for your amazing service! (Give this girl a promotion/pay rise!)

The person on the phone was so helpful and sorted out the engineer visit while on the phone when I thought this was going to be a long painful process of trying to fix the issue. Just like to say thanks to Dan and to SKy for the levels of ownership in getting our Broadband up and running across our house. Dan turned up, as planned on the 22nd and was both informative, polite and super helpful. I just wanted to formally pass on my feedback and appreciation to our Sky Engineer who installed our new equipment. She carefully planned the route of wiring and dish location to ensure it looked the very best and avoided having to drill through render and trail wiring along it too. My daughter in law and I spoke to Ethan this morning to sort out my Sky package, he was extremely friendly and incredible at his job. He helped us to understand the offers and packages as well as giving us the truth about what was the better priced option. In all honesty, we rang up to cancel everything but he worked his magic and managed to help us to only have the package i needed despite other colleagues of his forcing me into ones I didn't want, need or understand. We are immensely grateful for him. 5 star employee!! He also informed us of the mobile deals that I was unaware of and that could save me a lot of money also. I wanted to thank Calvin and Kenosha for delivering top tier customer service over the phone today. I called Sky to upgrade my TV and broadband and Calvin was so helpful, talking me through all my options and connecting me with what was most suited for my style. Just wanted to say a massive thanks for Sid who has helped me today with moving my Sky to my new address. I was really stressed as with all the costs of the new house I could not afford a more expensive deal but Sid managed to actually find me a better deal that I was on before! He was very friendly and welcoming, offered great reassurance and showed a high level of charisma which is not very often experienced when you chat with sales/customer services. I was really impressed how smooth the whole thing was and the level of customer service was just excellent. Sid made my day today and made my move tiny bit less stressful. He's a star - I'm a really thankful customer and I am more inclined to stay with Sky for longer.
