Feedback for Penny and to her Manager

Penny in customer services is fantastic at her job.  She took on my case a few months ago, looked into all of the issues, consistently followed up with me to see how each job was carried out to see if we were satisfied.  

I have never experienced customer service like I have from Penny.  She deserves an award for her efforts.
