Shout out to Reshuan!
I'm not sure where this guy is based in India or if I have his name spelt correctly however I have to say given the general support space he put sky up there this morning and looked after me with a continued new contract.
Keep doing what you are doing as it makes the heart of the company turn over more positively the way it should be by supporting it's products and customers alike.
I always leave room for improvement and every day's a school day so I'm giving Reshuan a good 9 rating out of 10.
Support is key if you do it right. Communication is first as it sheds light.
