Both my husband and I work from home and regularly have video call meetings. For the last month or so, our wi-fi drops out about 20 minutes into the call - we lose connection/video freezes and then eventually reconnects but it is very unstable. All looks okay when we do the service checks via MySky. It's now making me very nervous to host conference calls as I don't know how stable the connection will be. Advice on steps to improve connectivitity or checks we can do would be gratefully received. Thank you.

Your 2.4ghz wifi has only been up for 38 minutes whilst everything is showing 219 hours
Also your speed does seem slow and noise margin is high
Could you run tests on your my sky app and click on your broadband speed followed by check my connection and post the info

Its the minimum guaranteed speed we are looking for which can be found by clicking on that speed and then check my connection which runs a more detailed check to produce another screen . Its that we need to check
