Does it say anything in your orders on your my sky app or sky.com account

i have standard broadband at the minute, contacted sky on the 12 of feb and upgraded to fibre high speed. i was given a date of the 20th for connection, didnt happen i contacted sky and they couldnt tell the reason why, all i was told ring back friday 24th for a update.
this is not really satifactory and thiking of looking else where.
