WiFi issues

My WiFi doesn't work in my house I have to disconnect my wifi and use my 5G if I want to open WhatsApp or web browsers. I have restarted my router numerous times and ran checks and it all says it's ok I've checked the wires are in etc there are no faults showing but I cannot get on the internet with my wifi

Have you tried disabling Sky Shield? This is usually the cause of not being able to use apps.
