Very Bad WiFi

Our internet is always going in and out, especially when two people are on the broadband (laptop and TV with Netflix), I ran the tests and it's saying it's all ok, but it's definitely very slow and sometimes doesn't work at all. One booster in a hallway within a two room flat so not a huge place.
