Unwatchable tv. Internet test says very slow but sky say ok

I did a remote internet speed test and it said very poor, yet sky says is over 10'times the speed

Sky's speedtest checks the speed coming from the line to the router.

A 3rd party speedtest will show the slowest part of your setup which is usually the WiFi. You need to use ethernet to check the speed reliably
