Sky max pod flashing red

Hi, I have a max pod which was connected and working on the network, but now is flashing red. On the app saying disconnected and won't reconnect. I have went through troubleshooting, both 2.5ghz & 5 ghz are on. Doesn't seem to be an option to delete or factory reset the extender either, any help appreciated.
