Internet keeps dropping on devices

Just had sky broadband installed and it keeps dropping out from all devices , i have ran a broadband test and it says everything is all good ,Cant keep doing this as work from home . I  have been reading that other people are having the same issue. I have the sky max hub on full fibre 500
