Find out more@Crazybuzzard the only straightforward way would be to buy Sky's Wifi Max bundle, which launched a few weeks ago, as the new hub allows control down to device level coonfigured in the My Sky app. It costs £10 a month (offers down to £7.50 are available). Currently it is not compatable with Sky. Q but that is expected to be fixed in a couple of months.
The older hubs can be programmed to limit access but its very fiddly and very easy for kids to defeat. Only real way is to unplug your hub! You could look at third party parental control software but they need installing at a device level.

Or attach a separate wireless access point over ethernet, give the kids the password for this signal and then put it on a timer (or manually unplug) while leaving the Hub running with a password they don't know.
