Poor fibre speed

I'm having issue's with my fibre speed. 
I've done a speed test and had 2.2mb download and 19mb upload.

@Pennyacre having a higher upload than download is unusual. It could be caused by the connection being heavily used by other devices downloading when you ran the test or variable wifi conditions. You can check the connection speed to the hub by using the Service Checker in the My Sky app as Sky test that regularly  if you click on the speed it will show the history fir last couple of weeks and the guaranteed soeed for your connection. On full fibre I find it under records slightly on partial fibre it is accurate

 

Assuming that is OK the issue is likely to be in your home most commonly poor wifi signal strength. If speeds increases nearer your hub then thst is highly likely to be the issue. It could be interference from neighbours which a reboot might help. However in both cases the best solution is getting improved wifi kit.
