Why is my WiFi not working

Om next to the router and it still awful. Do speed test tells me it's okay when it's not even connecting to anything.

@Rye1 what do the lights on the hub show? See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start if the hub has lost the connection and tge service checker run over a mobile connection does not tell you Sky arexaware of a fault affecting your line call Sky innthe morning to report the fault.
