Speed to my hub

My internet is slow with downloads and after doing a check on my services it says the speed to my hub is only 6.4!

@LisaC7 Assuming that teat was run on Sky's service checker what does it tell you if you click through to the broadband test? Because if the speed to the hub is below the guaranteed speed for your line it should offer further help. Also what is the guarantee for your line?
