WiFi gone slow

My WiFi has gone slow. I have fibre optic. I'm pretty sure my guarantee is 100 mbps but it's showing around 50

WiFi isn't guaranteed to be the same as cabled speed to the Hub.  All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls or over some tens of metres of clear air.

 

If you have WiFi Max, the speed of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' for 100Mbs FTTP is a whole 10Mbs.
