Sky contact number? Why is contact almost impossible.

Having been adviced on this forum that my router may need replacing and that I should contact sky to ask for one I find that it is almost impossible to contact sky on the phone. All support numbers are really hidden away. Really poor back up and has made me consider moving to be honest.

Does anyone have a contact number for broadband help please?

If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.

how to complain about attitude of technical support.

Can anyone tell me how to make a complaint to sky. I have finally got through to a foreign technical guy at sky who amungst other things told me that he didn't believe me that the sky virtual assistant told me to use this forum, told me that i should not visit this forum due to incorrect advice and, when I took him through the steps to where the virtual assistant told me to go to this forum, I asked him if he understood and he said that he hadnt listened to me for the last 5 minutes as he is not interested in what I had to say.

Unbelievable attitude.

That coupled with my issues and the difficulty in actually reaching anyone to speak to means I am off from Sky but I want to let them know why and guess what, can't find where to complain too.

Re: how to complain about attitude of technical support.

So the link gives you a few options. Select call and it takes you through a sequence that ends up to put you through to a broadband engineer. Email and you simply send them you number for them to get back.

There is no way to make a complaint about service from staff etc. Only to complain about quality of service supplied by equipment.

I can see me just having to forget about it and simply leave. I cannot put up with this.
