WiFi drop out

My WiFi drops out at the same time every night for about three hours then reconnects. Any ideas why this is and how to stop it from happening?

@Aj116 Are you using anything like a sky Q/mini for hotspot that is going into eco mode for power saving?

@Aj116 Can you supply more specific details, when it happens, how you know that it is happening and what you are seeing, would also be helpful to know what equipment that you are using on the connection!
