I've been trying to watch Netflix and YouTube however the picture keeps freezing and it's buffering every 5-10 minutes. I've done an internet test which is coming back fine but there's clearly something wrong with it.

@Corey30 If it's coming back fine, then it could be a netflix and you tube issue, if you feel not then give sky a call, dial 150 from your landline!
