Devices disconnected during December and won’t reconnect

My smart plugs , camera and vacuum cleaner all disconnected at different dates in December and none will now connect. Have reset router and all devices, and although they come up found they won't connect. Also, recorded programmes on tv are really slow to show details when selected. I have limited technical knowledge and am struggling. Sky shows no issues with broadband or WiFi. Thanks

@JimM1Thank you I've connected plugs and camera, just got an issue with the vacuum app, but think this is the age of the device. I've spent hours, but with your help I'm almost sorted. Big thanks!

@Doglady2 What sky Hub are you using for the devices to connect to, is it all wireless wifi for them!

JimM1 It's sky max hub, and my plugs etc are all WiFi connections. All working ok until all different dates in December when each disconnected, and although the devices are all "found", they won't connect. Nothing else has changed

@Doglady2 Take a look at the link below, and use your MySky app for checking if your sky Max Hub is on WPA3-T mode, if so drop it back to WPA2-PSK mode instead! You will find it all in the Advanced section but do use the link as a crutch to guide you!

I use the Tapo P110 smart plugs all connected fine, no issues but just not a sky Hub in the loop! They are all on the 2.4Ghz band WPA2 connected as that is what they require and zero app issues
