When going onto the service checker I get a message saying I don't have Sky broadband yet. However, the wifi is working in the house.

Is your Sky account correctly linked to your Sky ID? It may be that your account is linked to an old account number if you were with Sky previously.

Thank you. This is the first time we have been with Sky. Not sure what the problem is.
