Find out more@lukytom if you are talking about a Sky hub used to connect to the internet the lights are labelled the one on the left is power, the one in the centre tells you tge status of the internet connection - green is goid amber means down and the one on the right tells you about status of the wifi facility. Amber would imply a fault. If thst applies give Sky a call as wifi faults usually mean they need to send you a replacement.
The Sky TV boxes are different so if you have an issue with one of those either call Sky or post in the correct forum for your service be in Sky HD or Sky Q.
