Disabling 5 Ghz - Sky Hub 4.2

Sonos advise disabling 5 Ghz bandwidth. Can anyone explain how to do this with a Sky Hub 4.2 ?

Follow the steps above to split the into 2 seperate wifi ssids. That way you can keep 5ghz
