I reported an issue with intermittent broadband this morning, you kindly sent an engineer out, on leaving all seemed Ok, less than hour after leaving I have again lost broadband for approx 5 minutes, tests say it is now working ok.
there is obviously still an ongoing fault, please can this be looked at again, broadband is essential as I work from home
