Our wifi speed is terrible. With hard wired connections connected via Ethernet we get the full 100+ megabits per second but on wifi we are lucky If even at the hub we get 5mb a second at the hub. If we reboot the router it goes back upto 70ish mb per second temporarily then quickly drops back down. We have also had random drop outs where the internet completely drops out. I've tried to call to report the issue but it won't let me. And the self test doesn't pick up anything wrong
