I recently updated to sky full fibre and am not happy

Since changing my speed has got worse, I check on my phone via the pp and regulaly get less than 50 even when close to the hub. My emails and tv is freezing all the time. I am not happy at all and do not think this is the service I should receive.

Unfortunatley I have the same issue.  live in a village where internet was not the best but our old copper line was more reliable and provider better speed alot of the time. The engineer came out and did some work to the WiFi mesh and said it was alot better. 

Our problem is we just loose the connection and there is nothing. It also happens on when directly connected to the hub via ethernet. No help i now but it must be something to do with the fibre system as i know a few others that have similar issues. Currently in the process of requesting support again as well.
