There is no internet or WiFi at my property. We have run the check on the app and apparently there's nothing wrong. There is the lights are flashing orange. We unplugged it and it's still the same

Same here in Blackpool. App says everything is fine but hub has orange flashing light.
The app is useless and cannot be trusted.
