My hub hasn’t arrived and the engineer is due tomorrow. I need to reschedule an appointment

My hub was due for delivery today and unfortunately came yesterday without any warning when no one was present at the house. 
the engineer is due to come tomorrow to fit the hub but I don't have a hub to fit. What can I do?

@Ew118  Who tried to deliver the hub? Was it DPD or was it Royal mail?
