Broadband and tv connection

Hi, we had issues with our broadband a few days ago. An Openreach engineer came out to fix the issue. 
Now though our tv won't connect and our second sky box won't connect. So we can't access apps etc.

we have tried to follow the steps on Sky website to resolve the issue like resetting our sky box and broadband box but nothing is working. We have also tried to connect to our Sky WiFi manually but is saying the password is incorrect.
