Still haven’t got full WiFi.
Our WiFi is still very sporadic and we were told by openreach that they will have to change the telegraph pole in our garden. We have not heard anything for a few months and was wondering if anything was happening as we are still expected to pay for a service we are not getting! I have had to buy a portable modem to be able to operate properly. Thanks Keith

Unfortunately the pole teams within Openreach seem to be entirely unpredictable, and even if the job has actually been booked their attendance is very uncertain.
Realistically Openreach isn't exactly keen to put resources into the copper network which it is in the process of replacing. A new pole to serve a single property has a disproportionately huge cost.
