Full fibre network identified by smart tv . I seem to connect ok but when I then try to access error

I have had full fibre installation today . Engineer said external wall of property was best location. I have linked mobile phones ,iPad , Google nest wirelessly . However when following instructions to link LG smart tv , it identifies new network. I set it up wirelessly and it says it's connected .  But when I try to access anything requiring internet it says there is a problem with the internet connection and takes me to settings , sky router , wps button (does it have one) and hangs there.
Is it just impossible to link  to full fibre router wirelessly?

The WPS button is low down on the right hand side of the enclosure.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
