I’ve got the NBA tv app on phone / IPad but it won’t play live streams when I’m connected to Wi-Fi.

I can only get live streaming on the NBA TV app though mobile data as it won't work over my sky Wi-Fi. It works fine on any other Wi-Fi but some reason it won't at home. I wondered as it's broadcasting from overseas if there is some sort of setting I'm not aware off. I've contacted NBA TV but they can't work it out either! Any help much appreciated

@belle041185 have you bought an official UK NBA League pass? If so the app should work but check the settings on Broadband Shield as that might be stopping you which is easily accessed by going to Broadband Product settings in the My Sky app. 

Some people try to stream games from "unofficial" servers which is illegal and while there are ways round the geographic restrictions we cant discuss those here. However I assume that doesnt apply in your case.

You'll need to change ISP. This appears to be blocking which is specific to Comcast (who own Sky). See the thread linked below :
