Connected broadband to the wrong home

Sky somehow cancelled my neighbors internet and now neither of us have internet.
We moved house and tried setting up Fibre, Sky ran a check but they ran a check on our neighbouring flat accidentally (we are the lower ground flat) - and now my neighbour who has BT has no internet and we've found out our flat doesn't have a fibre hookup - no ONT. understandably, our neighbor is enraged and two homes have no wifi.

@Dzzzx sounds very odd not least because your neighbour should have received a letter from BT regretting losing his business. He should call BT and you should call Sky to get Openreach to correct the mistake. With flats especially in conversions it can be difficult to identify the correct line.

Re: Connected broadband to the wrong home

They did get a letter message from BT and we called Sky to confirm they were just updating our flat but they still cut it off for her.
