Changing names on a broadband contract

I am moving to Canada for work and would like to keep my Sky broadband, but want to change the name on the contract instead of cancelling it. 

 

Is this possible or am I better off cancelling the contract and getting the other person who is moving into my flat to create a new one?

@Harpandu  Sky won't allow a contract to be transferred from one person to another, you'll need to cancel and the new person will need to sign up themselves.  There will be  some downtime of broadband due to cancelling and adding a service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
