I'm looking to speak to someone regarding broadband but can't get through to anyone! It says my mobile number isn't linked to my account when I ring (even though it is). It's impossible to get through to anyone

if you ask your question here forum members maybe able tomhelp or we can escalate your issue to a Sky on line chat team if we can't.

Thank you, that's helpful. I just want to speak to someone regarding buying broadband... Our house we're moving into is a new build and hasn't exchanged yet, so when I try to check the speeds in the area it just tells me to phone the number (which as previously stated, I was having no luck).
I also wanted to know how much notice I needed to give them to get the broadband installed. I'm likely moving in in a month and don't know how much notice they require

If you put your address into the 'address checker' on this site then post the table you get back here we can suggest what service you may get. You will need to call to place the order though if its telling you to do so

As much as possible, and note that unless already cabled for either copper or optical service, new build developments can encounter unanticipated delays from things like blocked ducts.
Unfortunately there's also the distinct possibility that the address won't have populated onto sales databases yet.
