It took a month for someone to come install and it only worked for 2 hours after the engineer left. Rang sky everyday since and still getting nowhere. They wouldn't contact openreach until after 3 working days have passed. Contacted again today and been told i will be contacted on Monday when openreach hopefully get back to them.
I have a flashing green PON light on the white fibre box, which suggests openreach have not connected me, but don't understand why it worked for 2 hours then cut off?
