Broadband not working in my bedroom
I have a new router as signed to a new contract. Since I have used the new one I am having constant connection issues with it. Keeps dipping in and out of convection

Which hub did you have before & what do you have now?

Re: Broadband not working in my bedroom
I had fast fibre I think which was a black hub.
Now I have a white one the wifi keeps dropping but only when I'm in my rooms I live in a flat so I'm not actually that far from the hub it's self. But all my videos I play just stop half way throughout. I've ran multiple tests it tells me it's five rang sky after 9 last night they also did an test through the automated sevice and it says there's an issue. Sky want the old hub back but I'm reluctant in doing so because I never had any problems with that one. Many thanks @jamesn123

Re: Broadband not working in my bedroom
Sky would need the old hub or they may charge you. If you are not happy with the current hub you could always cancel the upgrade and then retain your old hub.
Your speed shouldnt be that low so not sure why Sky say there isnt an issue. Have you told them your speed is low?
