Issue with a Sky Booster
Hi there. I've got a Sky Booster but ti doesn't seem to be working. I plug it in and the Power led goes green after a few seconds. Thw Wirelss led though doesn't go greeen, it doesn't even turn on. I tried to reset the booster quite a few times but, I moved the booster closer to my router (not a Sky Router) but nothing has changed. When I press the WPS button it doesn't turn on either. Any ideas?

Hi @Seb-El
You cannot connect a Sky Q booster by WiFi to a 3rd party router.
if you want to use one on WiFi then it needs to connect by WPS to an already connected main Q box or mini.
You could try connecting the booster by Ethernet to your 3rd party router.

Re: Issue with a Sky Booster
Hi, thanks for answering me. As I said, I connect the Sky Q Mini via WiFi cuz the wireless led doesn't turn on and the WPS button doesn't seem to be working as I press it but nothing happens (no led, no nothing). I could connect it via ethernet but it's quite complicated, as it's pretty far away from my router, so first I should make a hole in the wall in order to pass the cable through the wall and stuf... I mean, that's something for technicians 😅.
