Son has been complaining of WiFi issues when he plays his ps5. There's constant lags?/freezing. He says there's loads of packet loss and high ping (too technical for me). Grateful for advice

@DRyan it may well help if you can connect the games console by Ethernet to the hub or if not possible, powerline adapters.
