Broadband dropping out - not getting guaranteed speed

 changed to sky fibre 150 recently as was told the issues I had with the previous sky broadband (through phone line) would be a thing of past with this. Only connected 2 weeks now and similar issues of internet dropping out. Test showing only getting between 75.6mb/s and 92.1mb/s to hub
